I do English to Spanish because it helps me remember the actual Spanish because you have to type it up, and also I feel like the point of this is go from something you know (the English) to something you don't know (Spanish), because it requires more thinking to actually think of the Spanish rather than to figure out what the meaning of the Spanish.

Though if you have time, I think both together would be A LOT more useful than either one, but I dont have time to do that each time
